  2. Paid deposits and or remainder invoices to initiate or end services provided by Revo Designs LLC are only refundable based on Revo Designs LLC's sole discretion. Deposit and remainder invoice's balances are credited towards any rendered services within the parameters of web design work, email, phone and other communications or any rendered service and the time put fourth to these said services.
  3. Remainder balances are requested and are to be paid upon completion of the project or within 30 days of being placed in a standby state or without any further changes unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Revo Designs LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Revo Designs LLC's Internet site, even if Revo Designs LLC or a Revo Designs LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
